At Decade of Design, every card is custom-made with precision and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be requested.
1. Order Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
Refunds can be requested before your card enters the production process. Once production has started (design, printing, or engraving), refunds are generally not available, since each product is uniquely customised for you. Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate payments, order errors, or technical issues on our end.
2. Product Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or NFC functionality issues. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with proof (photos/videos) of the issue. Products must be returned in good condition. While original packaging is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Customers are not required to bear return shipping costs if the issue is verified as a manufacturing fault or shipping damage.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 25-30 business days, but the exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping charges, design costs, and taxes are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
4. Replacements & Warranty
The NFC chip in all Decade of Design cards is covered by a 1-year functional warranty. If the chip stops working under normal use (tapping/scanning), we will provide a free replacement card. Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations will not be covered under warranty.
5. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Situations
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, negligence, or external factors
- Custom designs where no technical defect exists.
- Orders requested for cancellation after production or dispatch.
- Discounted/clearance products.
6. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as lost by the courier, please note that the responsibility lies with the courier partner. We will assist you in coordinating with them for resolution.
7. How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund, return, or replacement, please email us at info@triessence.org with:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- A short description and supporting photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 15-20 business days.
8. Updates to Policy
Decade of Design reserves the right to update or amend this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
