At Decade of Design, every order is crafted with care and attention. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible.
1.Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are processed, whichever is earlier. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
2. Customized / Made-to-Order Products
Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these are created specifically for you.
3. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at info@triessence.org with your order number. Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
4. Refund Timeline
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 25-30 business days after confirmation, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
